Frances Doyle
Frances Doyle is Lord Pestano’s Executive Assistant and Group Head of Diplomatic Relations, working on student-facing and diplomatic partnerships for the LDA.
Within her studies at Sciences Po, Paris and King’s College London, Frances specialises in diplomacy and human rights law, where her research centres on state crises, informal governance and terrorism in the UK, Europe and the Middle East. Alongside university, she has founded and is President of King’s 4 Change, a social justice society utilising training to campaign on student-facing issues in housing, living wages, and migration.
Being born in Australia and a national of Switzerland, England, and Ireland, she has worked on strategy and engagement for global and national organisations, including UN Women and Citizens UK. Frances will focus specifically on developing the Global Students and Graduates Hub and diplomatic relations with UK-based embassies, bringing a global and cross-cultural perspective to her work on student engagement and diplomatic partnerships.
