Milly Larmer

Milly Larmer is a social impact and philanthropy leader driven by a commitment to expanding access and removing barriers to opportunity. She’s worked across the UK, Middle East, Africa, Asia and South America, collaborating with individuals, corporates, charities and community organisations to create measurable impact.

As Group Director of Philanthropy and Charity for the London Diplomatic Association, Milly is establishing a new division focused on creating pathways for philanthropic collaboration among global leaders. Her work centres on fostering connections between diplomats, business leaders, and philanthropists to address shared challenges through strategic giving and meaningful partnership.

She holds a Master’s in Philanthropic Studies, which has deepened her understanding of donor behaviour, impact measurement, programme design and ethical leadership, and combines this academic foundation with hands-on experience in strategic partnerships, corporate engagement, fundraising, international development and social impact.

Milly is also the Director of Philanthropy at Krystal EO and serves as Deputy Chair of the Nimsdai Foundation, as well as sitting on the volunteer committee at New Endlesham Hall, a community project creating affordable homes and shared creative space in south west London.
