Heads of Missions Luncheon

The London Diplomatic Association (LDA) were pleased to welcome Searcy’s, one of London’s premier caterers and a new business partner.

Searcy’s is a quality driven catering company that has been trading since 1847. Their origins lie in event and outdoor catering. We are pleased that Searcy`s at 30 Pavilion Road, their exclusive entertaining venue, are co-hosting our Ambassador’s luncheon.

Our guest speaker was the internationally acclaimed art detective, Charles Hill. Charles joined the Metropolitan Police in 1976 serving as a detective and specialising in financial crime intelligence and art crime recoveries. Charles is most famous for recovering Edvard Munch`s priceless painting, The Scream, from Dutch thieves.

A total of 20 guests attended the event – a cross section of countries were represented and enjoyed a first class lunch.
