Lana brings a wealth of experience to the LDA, as a versatile manager and experienced PA/EA with excellent skills, talent in organization and research.  Working confidently with UHNWI, private services and family offices.

As an experienced property manager for short-term rentals with a demonstrated history of excellence in the leisure, travel & tourism industries. Lana’s natural high EI provided her with passion to people’s communication and negotiation which she perfectly used in her early career in corporate sales.

Her ability to work with C-Suite Executives, managing their daily, business and personal lives makes her best suited to the role of Senior Executive Assistant to the President of the LDA, Lord Pestano. Her confidence working at that level and life experiences are perfectly aligned with this role.
