Lea Nichols is Lord Wesley’s Senior Executive PA and Head of the US Desk at the London Diplomatic Association, where she supports high-level executive operations, diplomatic coordination, and strategic engagement across the Association’s transatlantic initiatives. With extensive experience as an Executive Operations Strategist and C‑Suite Partner, Lea brings deep expertise in organisational leadership, governance support, and operational transformation.

Throughout her career, Lea has partnered closely with senior executives, board leaders, and international stakeholders, strengthening strategic relationships and ensuring the seamless execution of mission‑aligned priorities. Her background spans executive advisory, operational excellence, and cross-functional leadership, enabling her to navigate complex environments with clarity, discretion, and precision.

In her role with the LDA, Lea leads the Association’s US Desk, focusing on diplomatic outreach, partnership development, and engagement with American institutions, business leaders, and global partners.
