THE INTERNATIONAL ADVISORY BOARD is made up of international business men and women, business leaders, entrepreneurs, and members of the global diplomatic community.
Brian Jokat is presently Managing Director of his own company Skateco UK Limited which is a sponsorship consultancy agency in addition to owning event properties namely the Canary Wharf Ice Rink.
Prior to running his own business he was Director of Business Development for AEG’s ( Anscutz Entertainment Group) where he managed 6 ice hockey teams based in London, Stockholm, Berlin, Munich, Geneva, Prague and also a football club in Stockholm.
As Director of Sales he wrote the business plan for commercial development and hospitality programmes and actively closed the largest Naming Right’s deal for a facility renaming the Millennium Dome, ‘The O2’.
Brian sits on the Docklands Business Club Board of Directors, the Community Trust Board of Charlton Athletic FC and has previously served on the Board of Hammarby Football club, Stockholm. Brian engages in many speaking engagements and participates in community work fundraising for charities through sports.
Real Estate Broker
Lucy joins GDA Holdings as a Real Estate Broker and specialist in New York City properties. Before turning full-time to real estate she completed a career with the United States government as a foreign policy specialist. Her last assignment was as an officer at the U.S. Embassy in London. Over the years she has carried out a number of real estate transactions in the U.S., buying and selling residential homes and apartment buildings in a number of cities.
She now resides in New York City where she is affiliated with the large and distinguished Halstead Property, LLC.
Before her tour in London Lucy worked in Congressional Affairs in Washington D.C. covering both the Democratic and Republican Congresses. She has lived in London, Buenos Aires, Boston, San Francisco, Washington D.C. and, currently, New York City.
Lucy graduated from Wellesley College, has a Master’s Degree in International relations from the School of International Service at American University, and holds her real estate license in New York.
