Young Diplomats in London

The Young Diplomats in London (YDL) aim to assist young diplomats to network through social and multi-cultural events and activities. We strongly adhere to the principles of solidarity and brotherhood between peoples through the promotion of friendship and hope that our activities help build bridges across cultures.

The YDL strives to welcome members, help them to settle, integrate and know the United Kingdom, and to keep in touch even after their posting is over.

We also assist those in need through charitable events. Over previous years we have organized events to help the World Food Program (Black & White Ball), St Mungo’s (Shiny Party) and Discovering Latin America (Latin 078).

We organise a wide variety of monthly events such as Get2gethers, working breakfasts (The Churchill YDL-Diplomatic Breakfasts), wine tastings at Bacchanalia, picnics, talks and sporting events.
